肝素-熒光素是一種熒光肝素多糖。肝素用熒光素（Ex/Em波長(zhǎng)494/518nm）官能化。
肝素是碳水化合物糖胺聚糖家族的一員（包括密切相關(guān)的硫酸乙酰肝素分子），由可變硫酸化的重復(fù)二糖單元組成。肝素是一種抗 凝 血 劑 和 抗血 栓 藥 物，具有抗 腫 瘤、抗 炎 和抗 病 毒 的藥理活性。
